Being part of Stand Up, Stay Up offers practitioners across England the opportunity to be part of a national falls prevention network.
Many areas already have falls prevention strategies, while others are developing them. By supporting links between different areas, Stand Up, Stay Up aims to tackle the rising number of people requiring hospital treatment as the result of a fall.
