This video addresses particularly older people and gives you a mix of balance and strength exercises.
It refers to the positive effects of exercises regarding falls prevention as well as general effects. If the basic exercise might be too challenging, you can also choose the suggested simple version of the exercise. For every exercise the relation to activities of everyday life is demonstrated.
