General terms of use

The information offered by the beta version of the PFNApp is served to you as general information only. This does not substitute for professional counseling or a doctor's appointment and are not to be mistaken for a "medical diagnosis", "medical opinion", "medical treatment recommendation" or for a "medical treatment". By using the PFNApp, the user gives up on any lawsuit, demand or claim of any kind towards the PFNApp consulting services and/ or the stuff of writers/ editors/ advisers for the PFNApp.

Privacy and data protection policy

PFNApp is taking all the necessary precautions to insure the protection of your private information. The information you enter in the PFNApp is collected to the NCSR's data systems for the sole purpose of your information. All the information is stored in the NCSR's own servers and also in other data systems, secured by the necessary means of protection.

Your information is safe and protected with us, however, the Application is in a beta version and together with the data protection policy are under continuous validation. For this purpose, we recommend that under no circumstances do you enter the real names of the patients in the beta version of the PFNApp. Furthermore it is your responsibility to protect your personal data (codes, user credentials: passwords and usernames) you store on your computer or your cellular phone.

Information Collected and Stored Automatically

We automatically collect a limited amount of non-personal information about the use of the PFNApp, primarily for statistical purposes (that is, to measure the numbers of visitors, demographic characteristics). This information may also be helpful when we are considering changes to make to the PFNApp to identify system performance or problem areas.
