This is a freely downloadable Flemish version of the Otago Home Exercise Programme based on the Otago home exercise programme to prevent falls. Based on the Otago individualised, progressive home exercise programme (Campbell & Robertson, 1997, 2001 etc), produced by Later Life Training and translated into Flemish in January 2015 by Koen Milisen, Annelies Geeraerts, Greet Leysens, Ellen Vlaeyen, K. Delbaere, A. Wertelaers, J. Tessier, and E. Dejaeger.
It should be given as an additional home exercise programme in conjunction with a group based class, however, if there are no classes available then the older person can do these at home, with the aid of ankle weights.
