About Laura Albornos:
Researcher at the Spanish Collaborating Center of the Joanna Briggs Institute, located at Nursing Research Unit (Investén-isciii). I have experience in healthcare methodology and have been involved in national and European research projects in relation to evidence based implementation and promotion of healthy and active ageing. Currently, I am member of the Methodology Committee of the national program of best practice guidelines implementation (BPSO España ®) in centers from the Spanish Health System, one of the area of this program is falls prevention in the older adult.
ProfouND Role:
Investén-isciii participates in implement evidence based programmes and in training recommended by the network. The Unit is involved in active dissemination of falls prevention evidence at national and international level.
