This is a freely downloadable home exercise booklet for older people to use at home.
Based on the FaME Home Exercise Programme (Skelton DA et al. 2005, Age and Ageing), produced by Later Life Training and translated into Spanish by the Institut de l’Envelliment de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
It should be given as an additional home exercise programme in conjunction with a group based class, however, if there are no classes available then the older person can do these at home, with the aid of resistance strength bands.
