Home Safety Leaflet (Dutch)

This leaflet in Dutch, provided by VeiligheidNL (CSI), addresses older people in general and focus on home safety to prevent people from falling.

The “Zorg dat u thuis niet valt” leaflet (“make sure you do not fall at home”) contains information about hazards at home, practical advices and a checklist that you can use for minor adjustments of habits in your home.
