This is a freely downloadable home exercise booklet based on the Otago home exercise programme to prevent falls.
Based on the Otago individualised, progressive home exercise programme (Campbell & Robertson, 1997, 2001 etc), produced by Later Life Training and translated into Hungarian by dr. Kaizer Gábor (MediScript Bt.).
It should be given as an additional home exercise programme in conjunction with a group based class, however, if there are no classes available then the older person can do these at home, with the aid of ankle weights.
