This is a freely downloadable home exercise booklet for older people to use at home.
Based on the FaME Home Exercise Programme (Skelton DA et al. 2005, Age and Ageing), produced by Later Life Training and translated into Italian by Giorgia Busanne, Eleonora Ricci and Francesco Benvenuti, USL 11, Empoli. It should be given as an additional home exercise programme in conjunction with a group based class, however, if there are no classes available then the older person can do these at home, with the aid of resistance strength bands.
