Video clip of seated exercises (in preparation for standing exercise) for Older Adults (English)

This video includes both balance and strengthening exercises.  The exercise program is appropriate for those older adults who cannot stand or who need support when standing and could be considered preparatory for standing exercises. It is a watch and do set of exercises that each have 10 repetitions to do alongside. It uses ankle weights and resistance bands (therabands) to progress the strength intensity over time.
